1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

  • Please note that during peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows (subject to courier availability and location):

  • West Malaysia: [2–5 business days]

  • East Malaysia: [3–7 business days]

  • International Orders: [7–21 business days] (depending on destination and customs clearance).

  • Please note that delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international shipments.

3. Shipping Providers

  • We work with trusted courier partners such as [PosLaju / J&T / DHL / Ninja Van / etc.] to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia and selected international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted zones.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or failed deliveries.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team at WhatsApp .

  • While we will assist in tracking your order, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

  • In cases of lost parcels, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
