At Millab Sdn. Bhd. (1584373-D), we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, the item(s) must be:

Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

In its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

Accompanied by proof of purchase order number, invoice, or receipt.
2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Items purchased under clearance, promotions, or marked as “non-returnable”.

Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life (if applicable).

Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered, damaged product upon arrival).

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with supporting photos or videos.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
