Refund Policy

Millab Sdn. Bhd. (1584373-D) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that one of the following conditions is met:

The wrong item was delivered;

The item arrived damaged or defective (photo or video proof required);

Duplicate payment or payment failure occurred.
2. Application Requirements

A valid order number and supporting evidence must be provided;

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for refund;

Promotional items, clearance items, gift cards, and vouchers are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process

Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order;

Once the request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned to the original payment method;

If you wish to exchange an item, it will be subject to stock availability.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to product quality issues or our error, shipping costs will be covered by us;

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
