Refund Policy

Millab Sdn. Bhd. (1584373-D) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that one of the following conditions is met:

  • The wrong item was delivered;

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (photo or video proof required);

  • Duplicate payment or payment failure occurred.

2. Application Requirements

  • A valid order number and supporting evidence must be provided;

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for refund;

  • Promotional items, clearance items, gift cards, and vouchers are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order;

  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned to the original payment method;

  • If you wish to exchange an item, it will be subject to stock availability.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to product quality issues or our error, shipping costs will be covered by us;

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

  • The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
